Our discounted group rate with Embassy Suites has now expired, but you can still book a room at the hotel’s standard rate. Availability may be limited, so we recommend reserving your room sooner rather than later.

Parking

  • If you are driving to the convention and staying at the convention hotel, a discounted parking fee of $17 per day will be applied to your room charge. You will use your room key to get in and out of the garage.
  • If you are not spending the night, you will need to go to the front desk to validate and pay for your discounted $17 per day parking. 

Air Travel
Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago O’Hare Rosemont is located near:

  • Chicago-O’Hare International Airport: 1 mile (Free airport-hotel shuttle available)
  • Chicago Midway Airport: 23 miles (Shuttle not available)

There is a free airport shuttle to the hotel from Chicago-O’Hare. Uber and Lyft are also popular options for travel.

Since our Thursday workshops begin before the hotel’s check-in time, you will have the option of checking your bags with the front desk. If your room is available early, you will be able to drop your bags off before joining our welcome activity.
